As a BCaBA, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of children with developmental disabilities by providing comprehensive behavioral assessments, designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with a team of clinicians to ensure the best care possible.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience working with children with developmental disabilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team Our team is committed to providing a one-stop-shop with the most needed and highly utilized services delivered under one roof, and creating a better care experience with tech-enabled service offerings to drive increased engagement with patients, parents, and providers.
Our main office is located in the beautiful city of San Luis Obispo, where we strive to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families in San Luis Obispo County.
Our target location for this position is in Oceano, California, which is located just a few miles away from San Luis Obispo.
As a BCaBA, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to help improve the lives of children with developmental disabilities in Oceano and the surrounding communities.
